Payment, Cancellation, Late, and Refund Policies
To honor and protect my time and energy as I do this sacred work, I’ve created the following policies:
Payment Policy
All sessions, groups, and classes booked online require payment with a credit or debit card via Stripe. If you prefer to pay another way then please reach out via email. I also accept payment via Venmo (@olivialabarre) or PayPal (PayPal.Me/olivialabarre).
Unless otherwise noted for classes and workshops, all services require full payment ahead.
Late Policy
If you know you’re going to be late to a private session, please email me as soon as possible to let me know. However, I can’t guarantee that I’ll be able to extend your session beyond your scheduled appointment time.
If you’re more than 10 minutes late to a private session, then I’ll consider it a no-show, and you will forfeit your time slot and your payment. You’ll need to re-book with me for another time and pay again. (I make some exceptions for emergencies and illness, so please reach out if this is the case.)
Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel 24 hours or more ahead of a private session or group will receive a full refund. Clients may also reschedule and transfer their payment if it’s at least 24 hours ahead of the original time. I will not provide refunds to those who cancel or want to reschedule less than 24 hours before a scheduled session or event, and I don’t offer any refunds for special packages or gift certificates.
For courses and other types of learning workshops, I don’t provide refunds, but students may choose to transfer their payment to another class date and time if available and they cancel within a week of the start date.
Refund Policy
I don’t usually offer refunds for anything outside of the cancellation policy. However, if you have an emergency or another type of problem please reach out via email.
